Join Liberal Arts and MICA Wellness, Counseling and Health Center on the 4th floor on February 4th from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm. Stay for a little bit or stay for the whole time. There will be activities in the common area, including recommended reading, affirmation stones, food & drink, and a dog for companionship and de-stressing. Yoga, Q&A with the Health Center and Meditation will take place in 450, 452 and 460. If you can’t make it on February 4th, join us March 4th or April 4th! We look forward to seeing you there.
